Around Calle Palafox the streets are full of bars and restaurants as well as great cafes and the trendy pedestrian shopping street of Fuencarral starts just 100m away. From here all the major attractions of Madrid are within a comfortable walk through central Madrid and the lovely old town architecture.

Within 15 minutes walk you can explore el Retiro Park, the Royal Palace, The National Library, El Prado Museum, The Contemporany art Reina Sofia Museum, la Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the amazing Caixa Forum and many other sites of Madrid.
